– If you decide to cancel your subscription within 30 days of the initial purchase and have not extensively utilized our services.

Exclusions: Refunds will not be granted if:

Refund Processing: Upon approval of your refund request, we will initiate a full refund of your initial purchase within 7 business days. The refund will be processed through the payment method used for the initial purchase, unless otherwise specified.

Subscription Cancellation: Opting for a refund will automatically cancel your subscription, and you will lose access to our IPTV services.
